A Unique Native American Experience Here in the Inland Northwest

Learn how to make your own pair of moccasins or beautiful bead necklace! The Salish, Kootenai, and Pend O’Reille nations offer these classes several times each month near Flathead Lake, south of Polson, Montana. TMI Tours will schedule a class, along with a guided tour and dinner for groups large or small. We will actually pair you with a native guide who will instruct you on how to make your choice of moccasins, dream catchers, drums, pouches, ring-toss game pieces, or necklaces.

After enjoying the one on one instruction, we will feast on delicious Indian tacos! If you book a trip during the summer months, we will be able to schedule dancers and have traditional games available for you to enjoy as well.

This is a unique opportunity to experience the fascinating culture of the Inland Northwest’s Native American people. Tours may be arranged at any time of the year. Please contact Rhonda Sand at 1-800-975-7775 or email her for more information about this amazing opportunity.
